In the fifth week of our MAS food waste management project, we made significant progress towards our goal. This update highlights the key activities completed during this period, including the submission of the Project Activity Lineup Framework and the insightful discussions based on our observations from the visit.
Project Activity Lineup Framework:
During the fifth week, we focused on developing the Project Activity Lineup Framework. This framework serves as a roadmap, outlining the key activities and milestones for the implementation of our food waste management strategy. It provides a structured approach to guide our efforts effectively and ensure a systematic execution of the project.
Gathering and Observations:
Additionally, we took the time to gather valuable data and make on-site observations related to food waste management. This involved visiting relevant facilities, such as , canteens to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current practices and challenges in waste management.
Discussions and Analysis:
Following the visit, we engaged in insightful discussions among our project team members. We shared our individual observations and analyzed the data collected to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement. These discussions played a crucial role in shaping our understanding of the existing food waste management landscape and helped us refine our strategies moving forward.
