 In the seventh week of our food waste management project at MAS Intimate Pannala, we made significant progress in various aspects. This update will highlight our activities, including arranging a visit, scriptwriting, video production, and communication with key stakeholders.

1. Visit Arrangement:

During the week, I had a productive discussion with Mr. Sandaruwan, the officer in charge of the project. We discussed and finalized the details for an upcoming visit to the facility. This visit will provide us with a deeper understanding of the food waste management processes at MAS Intimate Pannala.

2. Scriptwriting Collaboration:

To enhance our communication efforts, our team worked closely together to develop scripts for informative videos. We brainstormed ideas, gathered relevant information, and crafted compelling scripts that would effectively convey the message of food waste reduction and management.

3. Review and Corrections:

To ensure the quality and accuracy of our scripts, we sought the expertise of Thushanthi Madam, an experienced professional in waste management. She graciously reviewed our scripts and provided valuable feedback and corrections, helping us refine the content for maximum impact.

4. Permission for Scripts:

After incorporating the suggested corrections, we presented the revised scripts to Mr. Sandaruwan. We are pleased to share that he granted us permission to proceed with the video production, recognizing the importance of raising awareness about food waste management within the organization.

5. Video Production Initiation:

With the necessary approvals in place, we commenced the production of the educational videos. Our team started filming various segments, capturing the processes and initiatives undertaken by MAS Intimate Pannala to minimize food waste.

6. Communication with Thushanthi Madam:

To ensure a fruitful and well-informed visit to MAS Intimate Pannala, we shared our plans for the next visit with Thushanthi Madam. We discussed our objectives, the areas we intend to explore, and sought her advice on gathering specific data and insights during the visit.
