In the fourteenth and final week of our food waste management project at MAS Intimate Pannala, we successfully concluded our efforts with the submission of all project materials. This update outlines the completion and finalization of key deliverables, including awareness videos, posters, FM channel messages, menu preparations, and food waste reports analysis. Additionally, we express our heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to the success of this project.
1. Finalizing Deliverables with Dr. Thushanthi's Feedback:
As we approached the end of our project, we eagerly awaited
Dr. Thushanthi's feedback on our deliverables, which included awareness videos,
posters, FM channel messages, menus, and food waste reports analysis. With her
valuable comments, we addressed any identified issues and finalized these
materials to ensure their effectiveness in raising awareness and promoting
responsible food waste management.
2. Successful Completion of Awareness Videos, Posters, FM Channel Messages, and Menus:
During the final week, we successfully completed the
production of engaging awareness videos, visually impactful posters, persuasive
FM channel messages, and well-curated menus. Each of these deliverables is
aimed at inspiring the employees at MAS Intimate Pannala to actively participate
in reducing food waste and adopting sustainable practices.
3. Comprehensive Food Waste Reports Analysis:
Throughout the project, we meticulously analyzed the food
waste reports collected from MAS Intimate Pannala. This analysis provided
valuable insights into the organization's food waste generation patterns,
facilitating the formulation of data-driven strategies to minimize waste.
4. Meeting to Discuss Final Output:
As part of the final week activities, we conducted a meeting
to review the overall project output. We assessed the impact of our initiatives
and ensured that all deliverables were aligned with the project's objectives.
This final evaluation reaffirmed the positive impact our project has made in
fostering responsible food waste management practices.
5. Submission of Project Materials to MAS Intimates:
With a sense of accomplishment, we visited MAS Intimates to
formally submit all project materials. We presented the awareness videos,
posters, FM channel messages, menus, and food waste reports analysis, all of
which will play a vital role in continuing the momentum of the project.
